باستخدامك تطبيق طيبة (Tayba)، فإنّك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، لا تستخدم التطبيق.

١. وصف الخدمة

طيبة تطبيق يساعدك على تطبيق سنن النبي ﷺ في حياتك اليومية : مذكّرات، أذكار، أحاديث، مسارات تحدٍّ، قراءة السيرة، عدّاد الصلاة على النبي ﷺ. التطبيق هو تذكير تربوي، وليس فتوى ولا بديلاً عن استشارة أهل العلم.

٢. تنبيه شرعي

الأحاديث المعروضة مأخوذة من المصادر الكلاسيكية (البخاري، مسلم، الترمذي، النووي، البيهقي، ابن كثير، إلخ.) مع ذكر الدرجة (صحيح، حسن، إلخ.). نبذل جهدنا في التحقّق، لكن المسؤولية النهائية للتحقّق قبل العمل تبقى عليك. عند الشك، استشر عالماً.

٣. تنبيه طبي

قسم "الطب النبوي" تراثي تثقيفي بحت. ليس استشارة طبية ولا بديلاً عنها. لأي حالة صحية، استشر طبيباً.

٤. الترخيص

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً ومجانياً وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك الخاصة. لا يجوز :

إعادة بيع التطبيق أو محتواه.
الهندسة العكسية، فك التشفير، أو محاولة استخراج الكود المصدري.
الإساءة إلى الخادم (طلبات متكرّرة، إغراق، استخدامات آلية بنطاق غير معقول).

٥. الملكية الفكرية

نصوص الأحاديث القديمة وكتب السيرة في الملك العام. التطبيق نفسه (الكود، التصميم، الشعار، الاسم Tayba) ملك لشركة Tayba LLC.

٦. عدم الضمان

التطبيق يُقدَّم "كما هو"، بدون أي ضمان من أي نوع. لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء، ولا توافقه الكامل مع كل الأجهزة، ولا استمرار الخدمة.

٧. تحديد المسؤولية

إلى أقصى ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل شركة Tayba LLC أي مسؤولية عن أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناجمة عن استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك أي تطبيق خاطئ لتذكير ديني.

٨. إنهاء الخدمة

يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه. نحتفظ بالحق في سحب التطبيق من المتاجر أو إيقافه.

٩. القانون المُطبَّق

هذه الشروط تخضع لقانون ولاية ديلاوير (الولايات المتحدة). بالنسبة للمستهلكين في الاتحاد الأوروبي، تبقى حقوقكم بموجب القانون الوطني محفوظة.

١٠. تعديلات

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط. التعديلات تظهر هنا مع تحديث التاريخ. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني الموافقة عليه.

By using the Tayba app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service description

Tayba is an app that helps you apply the sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ in your daily life : reminders, adhkar, hadiths, challenge paths, sira reading, salawat counter. The app is a pedagogical reminder, not a fatwa and not a substitute for consulting a qualified scholar.

2. Religious disclaimer

Hadiths shown are sourced from classical references (Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Nawawi, Bayhaqi, Ibn Kathir, etc.) with grade indicated (sahih, hasan, etc.). We do our best to verify, but ultimate responsibility to verify before acting rests with you. When in doubt, consult a scholar.

3. Medical disclaimer

The "Prophetic Medicine" section is patrimonial and educational only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for it. For any health concern, consult a physician.

4. License

We grant you a personal, free, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices. You may not :

Resell the app or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Abuse the backend (repeated bulk requests, flooding, automated use at unreasonable scale).

5. Intellectual property

Classical hadith texts and sira books are in the public domain. The app itself (code, design, logo, Tayba name) is owned by Tayba LLC.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it is bug-free, fully compatible with every device, or continuously available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tayba LLC bears no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app, including any incorrect application of a religious reminder.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to withdraw the app from stores or discontinue it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States). For consumers in the European Union, your rights under national law remain protected.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. Updates are reflected on this page along with the date. Continuing to use the app after changes means acceptance.

2. Avertissement religieux

Les hadiths affichés proviennent des sources classiques (Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Nawawi, Bayhaqi, Ibn Kathir, etc.) avec la grade indiquée (sahih, hasan, etc.). Nous faisons notre maximum pour vérifier, mais la responsabilité ultime de vérifier avant d'agir reste la vôtre. En cas de doute, consultez un savant.

3. Avertissement médical

La section "médecine prophétique" est patrimoniale et purement éducative. Ce n'est pas un avis médical et cela ne le remplace pas. Pour tout problème de santé, consultez un médecin.

4. Licence d'utilisation

Nous vous accordons une licence personnelle, gratuite et non-transférable pour utiliser l'application sur vos propres appareils. Vous ne pouvez pas :

Revendre l'application ou son contenu.
Faire de l'ingénierie inverse, décompiler, ou tenter d'extraire le code source.
Abuser du backend (requêtes en masse répétées, flooding, usage automatisé à échelle déraisonnable).

5. Propriété intellectuelle

Les textes classiques des hadiths et livres de sira sont dans le domaine public. L'application elle-même (code, design, logo, nom Tayba) appartient à Tayba LLC.

6. Absence de garantie

L'application est fournie "en l'état", sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous ne garantissons ni l'absence de bugs, ni la compatibilité totale avec tous les appareils, ni la disponibilité continue.

7. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans la mesure maximale autorisée par la loi, Tayba LLC n'est responsable d'aucun dommage direct ou indirect lié à l'utilisation de l'application, y compris toute application incorrecte d'un rappel religieux.

8. Résiliation

Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser l'application à tout moment en la désinstallant. Nous nous réservons le droit de la retirer des stores ou de l'arrêter.

9. Loi applicable

Ces conditions sont régies par la loi de l'État du Delaware (États-Unis). Pour les consommateurs résidant dans l'Union Européenne, vos droits issus du droit national restent protégés.

10. Modifications

Nous pouvons modifier ces conditions. Les modifications apparaissent ici avec la date à jour. Continuer à utiliser l'application après une modification vaut acceptation.
